Final Project: Part 1- Brainstorm

So the final project for this class is to design and build our own robot. We have 9 weeks to do this. I'm not yet sure about what I want to do, but I'm going to list some ideas here:

• Breaking and entering robot: lets you into your home/car if you get locked out

• Book finder bot: determines the book you would like most and gets it for you.

• Book finder bot 2: alternatively, it could organize your book shelf, and get a book for you based off preference/location of the book.

• Duo-lingo Bot: A robot that holds a basic conversation with you to help you improve some form of learning a foreign language (i.e. speaking, grammar, listening)

• GPS locator bot: A robot that finds an object for you. The object will have a locating sticker attached to it, that the robot would sense.

• Furbie-like bot: A robot that responds in certain ways to touch/motion. (i.e. when tickled it laughs, etc.)
