The Raspberry Pi is a more user friendly device that has a sound card, so I'm going to attempt to work with it...
I will begin by downloading the image onto an SD card to use with the Raspberry Pi!

I grabbed a zip file of NOOBS and then went to the setup help page...

I then followed the instructions and went to the SD Association and downloaded the SD Formatter package.
At this point I hit a wall because I can't install it on the school's network volume...So yeah...

UPDATE: Talked to Audrey, she recommends using the commands from the Galileo setup to copy the image onto the SD card.
